Il Buco is a responsible restaurant and bakery, founded by Christer Bredgaard in November 2011. We offer a seasonal menu with a hint of Italian inspiration – made with 99% Danish, locally sourced ingredients. Our menu changes with the availability of fresh produce from the regenerative producers and farmers whom we collaborate with, while the other part is based on our own fermentation and charcuterie production. Our food is made in-house with thought and love – from the ground up.
